Hello, I’m Abby, the Founder and creator behind Somewhere In Slime. We are a a small slime business based in Columbus, Ohio (go bucks!) 

Somewhere In Slime initially started as a play dough company back in early 2019 called Dough Me A Favor. I’ve always been interested in anything that is squishy or stretchy and admittedly I’m a lover of all the ASMR on social media these days. 

When I came across a slime video on TikTok while aimlessly scrolling, I knew that I had to add it to my business. I quickly got to work creating my own slime recipes and after months of tinkering and lots of just down right bad slime, here were are! 

I’ve since pivoted my play doh business to focus solely on slime and haven’t looked back since. Thanks for joining me on this slime filled journey!

Eventually I began releasing different types of slimes with many different textures and combinations.Over the years I saw that slime had rapidly become more and more popular. I began to see a decrease in my play dough sales while my slime was flying out of my shop, that was when I decided to switch from a play dough company to a slime company.
